Thomas Iland (pronounced like “island”) was diagnosed with autism at 13 years old. Since accepting his diagnosis, Thomas has been recognized as an author, speaker and emerging thought leader.

He left his career as a certified public accountant in 2015 to become a keynote speaker, certified human potential coach, and diversity & inclusion consultant.

He is now the owner of Come To Life Coaching, which is based on the title of his award-winning, bestselling book, “Come to Life! Your Guide to Self-Discovery.” His mission is to educate and motivate people to reach their full and true potential.

Thomas recently became the only Toastmasters International Accredited Speaker with autism in the world and you can see him on the TEDx stage in his talk titled, “How To Come To Life.”

Hello Friends! I'm Shawn!

I am a certified Human Potential Coach, healer and teacher that specializes in shining light onto the deepest, darkest areas of life, in order for you to witness who you truly are!

I began my journey in 2015 when my life spiraled me through a huge transition. It was from this place I discovered meditation and yoga. I became a certified meditation teacher in 2017 under Ananda Worldwide, studying with the followers of Paramansa Yogananda. Soon after I began teacher training in Raja Yoga and became a RYT-200 teacher in 2020. I have spent years learning how to adapt all the skills I have acquired in order to be of service in all areas of life and wellness.

I began Twilight Coaching and Wellness as a way to help people heal, grow and connect. I call it “Twilight” because I believe all we need is just a little bit of light to see the things we might be missing but have always been there. It’s a place of love, empathy and connection and I hope one day to see you all there!

Veronique gained experience in the international dressage scene as a junior and young rider. As a constant member of the Dutch A-squad from 2001-2005 with different horses, Veronique achieved many top 3 placings in CDI’s and a silver and bronze team medal at the European Championships. She was regularly praised in the press for her ironclad competition mindset.

Since then life took her down different roads, becoming an entrepreneur and leaving the competition scene. She started ‘Horse Care Center’, an equine swimming center in 2012. Through many ups and downs, and some hard-learned lessons on the way, Horse Care Center has maintained a fantastic reputation for the quality of service and care they offer.

On a quest to continue growing and learning, Veronique discovered a new passion in coaching and being able to give back the knowledge and insights she’s gained throughout her journey.
She is a certified professional coach through iPEC, including their COR.E Dynamics Performance Mastery program and being an ELI assessment master practitioner. This training revolves mainly around the mental component of high-performance.
Wanting to learn more around the physical side, Veronique also achieved her certification as a Human Potential Coach through the Human Potential Institute. This certification takes a deep dive into focus, sleep, nutrition, exercise, bio-hacking, and embodiment.

Born in 1975, she was born in Kyoto and moved to Kobe in 2018, fulfilling a dream she had been putting on her vision board for 12 years.

On her father's side, she has a great-grandmother and a great-grandfather, a Noro (Healing medium/Shaman), and a Shinto priest. They founded Jikki Nozato Temple at Tamina, Okinoerabu Island, Kagoshima Prefecture.

The great-grandmother's ancestor was one of the four entourage members known as the Four Heavenly Kings who served King Yononushi, who ruled Okinoerabu Island from Ryukyu in the 14th century. (Nishimikuni uchi basa/Zikki Nozato) Yukie's Spiritual abilities were gifted from her ancestor.

Entrepreneur, biologist and vet technician, Zara McDonald runs a global nonprofit researching and teaching about ecosystem health, biodiversity and the direct ties to human health.
