I am a professional life coach. I received my initial credentials in 2013, after a painful divorce that forced me to not only question my career but my entire life and identity. It brought me on a long journey of rediscovery, which led me to finally be able to answer the life long question - Who Am I?
After freeing myself from a life of people-pleasing, approval-seeking, guilt, anger, and finally forgiveness, I found my way through the egoic jungle that trapped me for so long. I now live a dream life, honoring my purpose to help people remember who they are and to help them find love, acceptance, and belonging. I certified as a Human Potential Life Coach in 2020 and I am currently finishing my hours to earn accreditation in the ICF as well. I am also a lifelong Course in Miracles student.
In addition, I have been an RN since 1997. I approach health and wellness from a holistic approach. We need to regard pain and health conditions as signals of imbalance. Modern medicine is quick to fix conditions through medicine, but it fails to explore possible emotional connections or even nutrition. The path to living at your optimal health isn't a quick fix. It takes some work, but it is worth it! You have all the answers within you and I want to help you unlock them.

As a child, I faced a lot of adversity - parents' divorce and being raised by a working mom, crash of the Soviet Union, which led to poverty and much uncertainty about the future in my family.
However, now I’m very grateful for everything that happened and wouldn’t change a thing! Those circumstances forced me to grow, adapt, learn and develop. I firmly believe that any difficulty is a growth opportunity. For many years I have been very interested and fascinated by the mind – body – spirit/soul – nature connection. And it helped me realize that we are more than just a body with a brain.
Before then I was always tired and struggled staying awake during the day; I was “out of shape” with unstable weight; I had low energy and felt insecure. But I was able to transform myself to feeling healthier and stronger than when I was 20 (I’m 38 now), and to being confident and resilient. Yet, of course, the best version of me will always be “under construction”!
My passion is to share my knowledge and experience with people who are ready to transform their lives. I am also a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor.

Karin has always been passionate about fitness and health. As a curious scientist, she has spent her life studying the science and biology of upgrading the human body and mind, often referred to as ‘bio-hacking’. Equipped with a degree in Chemical Engineering, her first career began as a manager at Procter & Gamble. She had two children and quickly found that it wasn’t enough to bio-hack herself and her career; she also had to take care of her family and home. She mastered the art of work-life balance. As a P&G Corporate Athlete trainer she taught employees tools to achieve greater health and well-being so that they could perform better on the job and at home. After a second career with Pfizer and having spent most of her life in the demanding corporate world experiencing firsthand that success doesn’t have to mean sacrifice, it’s now her personal and professional goal to help as many people as possible upgrade their lives and realize their full potential.

May I delineate myself or my "know-how" in few words without missing out on relevant facts?
And call it:" This is me"
Would I be debunked because the right words didn't chime in your ears with "buzzwords" that you were expecting?
" I learned to dance in the rain"
My coaching passion and vocation didn't come out of the blue but was a process that followed like days follow nights and nights follow days..
With over 15 years of sales, management and customer service, in which I achieved exemplary results, on a professional level. I felt compelled to dig deeper on a personal level, learn and "service" Me, as I started loosing interest and drive in whatever I was doing.
Quite a journey to say the least!
I intrinsically realized that my gift and love in helping other's goes beyond the "customer/client" relation spectrum. But to help them dig deeper in thier core and the essence of who they are.
I put my "gears" on, buckled up, and drove into a learing journey destination to become a certified Human Potential coach, along with an inner engineering program that helped me becoming a version of myself that I'm proud of today.
I'm however, a work in progress an avid learner, and I'm always looking for other avenues and resources to better myself.
As for COMMUNICATION, I embrace half the globe with my expertise of English, Arabic and French, and I'm intending to make it 3 quarters of the planet with my budding Spanish.
My multicultural background made me the person I'm today and reinforced my "thinking out of the box" skill.
I am a believer of teamwork and together we can achieve wonders!
"The way to achieve your own success is to be willing to help somebody else get it first"
I have spent over 20 years in different management positions across many countries. I was lucky to experience many great moments in my life as well as the low points including burn out, divorce, injuries... My personal development road started with Reiki when I met really great teacher, and then continued with Reconnection, Chi-kung, meditation, nutrition, breathing methods and then one day I ran into the Human Potential Coaching Institute and all the pieces folded together. It would a real pleasure to share this with you.
Martin's mission is to deliver human connection. To live his mission, he supports:
In organizations, he (re)connects managers and employees to discover common values and to establish these in the form of a value-based culture supported by all people of the organization. Martin learned the tools to execute on his mission through the longstanding position as Chairman of the Works Council of an international airline and his ultra-running activities. At the end of the day, it is all about the mindset!
Martin works exclusively with organizations that embrace the principle of "creating value by valuing people". Martin then follows up with supporting the organization in the implementation process of the very same principle. Through his work, Martin connects all people in the entire organization, regardless of hierarchy levels. Communication begins to flow freely and the people of the organization will (re)connect on a new level.
Men in Executive positions, and their special issues, are also a matter close to Martin's heart. His career from being an airline captain, through his position of works council chairman, to executive coach is marked by his personal history, in which he was able to reconnect with his father after 36 years. He has published the story with his father in a book that has become an Amazon bestseller.
Martin brings men closer to their emotions and expands their emotional competencies. He supports them to get in touch with themselves again through their emotions. Reprogramming their own autopilot instead of being unconsciously steered away from their true purpose in life, privately and professionally. Martin´s experience as Ultra-Trail Runner enables him to introduce his clients to mental models that support them in their personal and professional challenges. Through his qualification as Bulletproof Human Potential Coach, he can support his clients not only for improved mental performance but also in boosting their physiological well-being.
Martin will not mince his words and will support you in making a smooth, “on the spot” landing through defining your vision and executing on it through your mission. The results will go far beyond the business context: private and business relationships will benefit equally. Your health will blossom, stress will decline while trust and self-confidence grow.
There is only one question left: Are you ready for take-off?
I specialise in coaching clients who live life in the fast lane and are looking to hit the brakes before it gets too late. I've noticed that with many of my clients they have become sucked into the routine of daily life, and they feel blocked, stuck or lacking direction. They are letting their lives take control of them and the years are flying by.
I use a values-based approach to help my clients 'Keep It Real' by reconnecting to what really matters most to them so that they can create a life that brings them joy, balance, happiness, and purpose. It inspires and energises me when I see my clients making positive changes and getting measurable results from my coaching process.
My personal strengths are my patience and high levels of enthusiasm, both of which I bring to my coaching sessions to offer you a safe space where you will be listened to without judgment so that we can work together towards crushing all of your goals and reaching your highest potential.
With a background of juggling jobs simultaneously in the food and beverage and music industries for almost 20 years in several cities across the world, I know how hard it can be to perform at your best when you work late nights, weekends, and long hours in fast-paced, stressful environments while getting very little rest.
Throughout my training, at the Human Potential Institute, I trained as a life coach, health coach, performance coach, and personal development coach, so I am armed with tools and resources to help partner up with you and get you kicking ass in no time.
Feel free to email me if you require any further information or you would like to get started with a free discovery session.

I am fortunate to have started my personal growth journey in my early 20’s. I dove headfirst in all that Boulder, CO had to offer in the late ’80s when organic and gluten-free (it was wheat-free back then) became popular and courses like Life Spring and EST were on the rise. I had a few high anxiety, heavy partying years before I moved to Boulder and without several miraculous interventions, I surely would have ended up in a much worse place in my life.
I became a full-time seeker, soaking up whatever learning I could do about eating healthy, being emotionally healthy, and becoming more balanced in life. I am forever grateful for that period in my life for it instilled healthy habits in me that I still use to this day - healthy eating, exercise, living from the inside out, practicing behaviors that keep me healthy and sane.
Fast forward 30 years, I am now coaching people on how to cultivate healthy habits that can be embedded in their daily life so these behaviors become automatic. I work with people not only on food choices but also behavior modifications that create balance. I am particularly interested in teaching ways to embody ourselves. I have found that the more embodied and heart-centered I am, the less anxiety and depression can creep into my life. Unlike my carefree days in Boulder, life in the 21st century is filled with many distractions that can keep me out of the present moment so much quicker and longer if I do not practice habits that keep me balanced. Daily meditation, journaling, grounding techniques, managing my screen usage, choosing life-giving foods, limiting my sugar intake, reaching out for help when I need to work through issues, being honest with myself and others. These are some of the practices I do and that I incorporate into my coaching.
Coaching will allow you to discover what works for you to create balance in your life. I use my intuition and insightfulness to assist you in bringing your ship back on course and discover who you are and who you want to be in a safe environment. I give you undivided attention (not advice), ask powerful questions, share resources if needed, and we'll work out action steps to move forward with accountability.
I use a body-centered approach to coaching, working to engage the body in becoming more aware of what is going on for you in the moment.
Many of us have learned to disassociate from our bodies and stay centered in our thinking minds for safety and comfort. This is especially the case for those who have had traumatic experiences. When we live in our heads (and even outside, away from our bodies) we can feel disconnected, confused, isolated, more prone to anxiety and depression, and unsafe in the world.
I use a gentle approach to bring awareness to your body, so you can start to feel safe with all your emotions and life experiences. Gradually, a sense of connection with self and others takes over and life is filled with more ease and peace. This process takes time. Along the way, we come up with clear, simple, doable action steps created by you that will move you towards a life that matches your true desires and values.
